I started my Lifestyle change today and it has been okay. I woke up and drank the apple cider drink. Plan on doing a work out at least a beginners work out today as well. I'm going to reach my goal. Drink a gallon of water a day is going well. Next I'm adding apple cider to my water bottle. All the help I can get to reach my weight loss goals...
